What We Handle

Three jobs, three people, one account.

No software to learn and no ticket queue to sit in. Open a line item below to see exactly who's on it and what they do for you.

Dispatch

Load booking, negotiation & route planning
Jack

Jack sources loads, negotiates rates, and plans routes so your trucks stay loaded and moving in the right direction — not just the next available one.

  • Load sourcing and rate negotiation on your behalf
  • Route and lane planning around your equipment and drivers
  • Direct phone line — no ticket, no hold music

HOS Monitoring

Hours-of-service tracking & compliance
Maria

Maria watches driver clocks throughout the day and flags a problem before it becomes a missed delivery or a violation on your record.

  • Daily hours-of-service tracking per driver
  • Early warning before a clock runs out mid-route
  • Straight answers on what a driver can still legally run

Accounting & IFTA

Settlements, invoicing & fuel-tax filing
Dan

Dan builds your invoices, runs driver settlements, and files IFTA on schedule — the paperwork gets done without eating your evenings.

  • Invoicing and driver settlement runs
  • Quarterly IFTA filings handled and tracked
  • A running, plain-English view of what's owed and paid
How We Work

Getting started takes three conversations, not a setup wizard.

1

We learn your fleet

A short call about your trucks, lanes, drivers, and what's currently eating your time.

2

You meet your three

Jack, Maria, and Dan are introduced by name — you'll have their direct lines from day one.

3

They get to work

Loads get booked, clocks get watched, and the books get closed — without you chasing any of it.

Who It's For

Built around two kinds of days.

Fleets & Owner-Operators

Whether you run one truck or twelve, your account gets the same three specialists — not a rotating help desk that starts from zero every time you call.

  • One dispatcher who already knows your lanes and equipment
  • Compliance watched daily, not reviewed after the fact
  • Books that close on time, every time
Jack booked 2 loads for you this morning
Maria cleared today's HOS check — no flags
Dan sent Friday's settlement for review
Next stop: Amarillo, TX — ETA 4:40 PM
Rate confirmation texted to your phone
6h 15m drive time remaining today

Drivers

Your dispatcher hands you a plan you can actually run, and your compliance specialist tells you your real numbers before they become a problem at a scale.

  • Load and route details sent directly, no app to babysit
  • A real person to call if a delivery window slips
  • Plain warnings on hours, well before they run out
The Team

Meet the three people on your account.

No rotating agents. These are the specialists who answer when you call, and they stay on your account for as long as you're with us.

FAQ

Common questions before you start.

Is this software I have to set up myself?

No. There's no dashboard to configure. You get three people — Jack, Maria, and Dan — who do the dispatch, compliance, and accounting work directly, over the phone and email.

Will I always talk to the same person?+

Yes. Your three specialists stay assigned to your account for as long as you work with us — you won't be re-explaining your fleet to someone new every time.

Can I start with just dispatch?+

Absolutely. Many fleets start with Jack on dispatch alone and bring in HOS monitoring or accounting later as it makes sense.

How many trucks do you work with?+

From single-truck owner-operators to fleets in the dozens. The setup is scoped to your fleet size during the first call.

Where is the team based?+

Our office is in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and we work with fleets and drivers coast to coast.

Ready to meet your three?

Tell us about your fleet and we'll set up a short call to introduce you to Jack, Maria, and Dan.
